Bookings

• All bookings are made through our online booking form or direct contact with our team.
• Confirmation is issued once payment or deposit is received (if applicable).
• Shay Gate Farm reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, farm operations).

Payments & Refunds

• Payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking.
• Refunds for cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy specified during booking.
• No refunds are provided for early departures.

Arrival & Departure

Use of Pitches & Facilities

• Guests are responsible for keeping their pitches clean and tidy.
• Campfires and BBQs are only allowed in designated areas.
• All onsite facilities (showers, toilets, washing-up areas) must be used responsibly.

Pets

• Dogs are welcome at Shay Gate Farm.
• Pets must be supervised at all times and cleaned up after.
• Aggressive or uncontrolled animals may be refused entry.

Safety & Liability

• Shay Gate Farm is a working farm; guests must follow safety instructions.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property during your stay.

Behaviour & Conduct

• Guests must respect other visitors and staff.
• Any behaviour deemed unsafe, disruptive, or offensive may result in removal from the campsite without refund.

Privacy

• Any personal data collected during booking will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
